I had a really great experience working with Adam on my recent tour of the building and apartments. He was incredibly helpful, answered all of my questions, and seemed very knowledgeable about the property and neighborhood. The building has great views and amenities, maybe the best in the city.
Toured Stead 220 this week and it was such a cool property. The staff was super friendly and helpful, definitely a nice addition to Fulton Market.
Finding a luxury apartment in Chicago that actually welcomes pets AND doesn't feel like an afterthought is rare. Stead 220 gets it right. The building is clean, the elevators are quick, and there are great spots to walk nearby.
The views from the upper floors are legitimately breathtaking. I work from home a few days a week and having that skyline backdrop never gets old. The sound insulation is excellent — quiet inside even though you're right in the middle of one of Chicago's most exciting neighborhoods.
